About Norwegian Economics, Using Natural Resources and Their Managing — discussion with Erich N. A. Haglev (Scandi Bohemian Consultants).
 
 

ERICH N. A. HAGLEV, half-Czech, who has already been living in Norway last 43 years. He worked more than 20 years as an individual consultant in marketing for Norwegian and other international firms, oriented mainly technically. Since 1995 he has been working simultaneously as a consultant for Norwegian firms producing in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic and since 2000 he has been fully devoting to this activity. Among his main activities ranges the intermediation and placement of the production for Norwegian firms in the Czech Republic, looking for contacts and marketing researches. He is a co-founder of the Czech-Norwegian Chamber of Commerce. He speaks Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Czech, English and German.

Ivan Myslikovjan and Blue Birds play Jan Garbarek
Jazz concert from the work of J. Garbarek closing Days of Norwegian Culture. Band Blue Birds founded by Ivan Myslikovjan prepared a special programm for this occassion in which compositions of world famous Norwegian saxophon-player Jan Garbarek and the original compositions of Ivan Myslikovjan will sound. Due to the limited capacity of seats it is necessary to buy a ticket in symbolic price 1 CZK. Tickets are available from the 20th March 2003 at the booking-office of the Town Cinema in Slaný.

IVAN MYSLIKOVJAN is a graduate of the Ostrava Conservatory and of a special jazz studies in Prague. After his arrival to Prague (1986) he gets his first professional engagement in the Vladimír Mišík’s Etc…. Consecutively or parallelly he continues performing in formations Orchestra of Karel Gott, Orchestra of Karel Wágner, Laura a její tygři, Kontraband and Quartet of Milan Svoboda, Olympic, Hot Line, Robert Křesťan and Druhá tráva, Radio Big Band Praha, Prague Philarmonics and others. In 1995 he producs a week-long festival of a Czech culture in Paris under the title Window to Prague. In the same year he begins to realize and produce his solo projects and CD. In 2000 he founds his band Blue Birds with which he plays his own compositions and performs in jazz clubs and at festivals. He performs with several Prague DJ’s (Roxy, Mecca, Radost FX) and with DJ’s of mega parties in the Czech Republic. In 2002 he realizes a project called Sax Horoscope in Prague Planetarium. As a soloist he cooperates with a chamber Orchestrem Atlantis. Blue Birds are: Tom Vychytil — guitar, Jiří Neužil — keyboards, Filip Benešovský — bass guitar and Filip Jeníček — drums.

 

The admission is free to all actions of the Days of Norwegian Culture in Slaný except actions marked in text.

 

Václav Beneš Třebízský High School in Slaný joines the whole action and during the Days of Norwegian Culture in Slaný the classes will be oriented to Norway and to its culture.

 

Days of Norwegian culture in Slaný are arranged by: Royal Town of Slaný, UMOE Schat-Harding, spol. s r. o., and Nordic Society.
